Booking and Payment FAQs
Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account?
A: No you don’t. Select ‘Checkout as a guest’ or ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ on the Paypal login page.
Q: Can you invoice me/my institution?
A: We do not offer invoicing except as a last resort because of the administrative complexity involved (every institution has different rules, set-up and procedures). Payments are usually made by institutional credit card or with a personal card and claimed as expenses.
Q: Can I pay for multiple delegates at once?
A: Yes by using the appropriate payment link but please fill in a booking registration form for each delegate.
Q: Can I pay later?
A: Yes. You will be emailed within 48 hours to confirm your booking and that email will contain a payment link, or you can use the appropriate payment link on the course booking page.However, don’t leave it too late as your place isn’t secure until we receive payment.
Q: Does the price include VAT?
A: VAT is not applicable on our course fees.
Q: Do you have a refund/cancellation policy for this event?
A: Yes. A full refund is given if a cancellation request is received 2 weeks before the event. A partial refund (50%) is given if request is received one week before. No refunds are available after that time.
